How will my order be delivered?

Our Shipping System: The Lash Lab UK ship with Royal Mail. 

Warehouse and dispatch are open Monday to Friday 9 am till 5 pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Please note, our delivery schedule is in “working days”. Any orders placed on Friday before the cut-off (before 3 pm) will arrive Monday for “next day” services. 

Orders placed after the cut-off (anytime from 3 pm) Friday through to Sunday, and up to 3 pm Monday, will be dispatched on Monday.

From your Order Basket, you will get a choice of delivery service with an accurate price. For urgent Saturday deliveries, there is an option at checkout to use a Royal Mail Special delivery. 

All orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Customs, Taxes, and other fees.

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of LashBase. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any customs, taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.

Most shipments to AFRICA must be paid by Bank Transfer. Please contact The Lash Lab UK for more information.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
